Hugh T. Lackie

Mr. Lackie has extensive federal and state litigation experience in both jury and non-jury cases in the states of Washington, Idaho, Oregon, California and Alaska, practicing at state, appellate and Supreme Court levels. In addition, he has practiced before many state municipal and administrative bodies as an Assistant Attorney General representing numerous state agencies. Mr. Lackie enjoys a varied defense practice that includes product liability, general tort claims and professional malpractice defense. Mr. Lackie is a recognized expert in employment law including discrimination, sexual harassment and ADA litigation. The majority of his practice involves the representation of municipalities, administrative bodies and municipal officials.
