Mr. Risken has a litigation practice, primarily in business and contract matters, the representation of public and private entities in construction claims litigation, the defense of claims involving engineering and architectural issues and the representation of business entities in claims involving catastrophic injury or death, as well as appeals. Mr. Risken's practice also involves the representation of business entities in mediation, arbitration and administrative proceedings. Additionally, he handles personal injury claims on behalf of the injured party.
