Government Defense; Labor & Employment RACHEL K. STANLEYRachel is a true Washington native, growing up just outside Seattle and attending the University of Washington. While at UW, Rachel was involved in student leadership, internships and was the Vice President of her sorority. After graduating with a double-major in Economics and Political Science, Rachel moved to Spokane to attend the Gonzaga University School of Law. While at Gonzaga, Rachel was an Associate Editor of the Gonzaga International Law Journal, President of the Gonzaga Public Interest Law Project, Treasurer of the Student Bar Association, and an active volunteer in several non-profit and pro-bono legal aid services. Rachel earned the Gonzaga Law Certificate in Civil and Human Rights and an award for significant pro-bono hours completed. Providing excellent client service is of utmost importance to Rachel and she is dedicated to delivering high quality representation. Rachel provides both consulting and litigation services in labor and employment matters, federal/state law violations and tort claims. Her practice currently consists of protecting the rights of school districts, businesses, and government entities.
